I noticed recently that it is plenty difficult to get your indie CD reviewed. Sure, you can send out press releases, send out demos and still you might not hear anything for months. My goal is to provide indie bands an opportunity for reviews at no charge on Indie Rocks! Also, you can write reviews as well, how about that? email your reviews to jared@wgmd.com subject: Indie Rocks! Reviews. Bands, Musicians, Producers… for reviews send cd’s or cd-rs to Jared Morris c/o WGMD Radio 92.7 FM, P.O. Box 531, Rehoboth Beach, DE, 19971. At this time I won’t be reviewing mp3s or myspace sites unless I stumble upon the myself and really love them. In addition to being a full time talk show host, I also play in two bands and I just don’t have time to dig through mp3s. I can however, listen to CDs in my car! Send me your stuff, drop me a line.

as a way to help out, i’d be willing to review a cd in return for you reviewing my cd. I have owned a studio for 20 years, played in bands from thrash to jazz etc. etc. oh ya, i can write too, i’ll send samples if you’d like.
